Official Delegations Accreditation System
The electronic accreditation system (available in English only) will be open from September 9 to October 15, 2024.
Each participating parliament, institution, or international organization must appoint a Delegate Accreditation Officer (DAO) responsible for coordinating the registration process of their respective delegation.
The name, position, and contact information of the DAO must be submitted, by October 1, 2024, via email to accreditation.p20@cn.leg.br.
The accreditation process operates on an invitation-based system. Invitations will be sent by email to the individuals nominated by the DAO; direct registration through the accreditation website is not permitted. The DAO must indicate the Head of Delegation with the designation “HoD” and label other participants in the delegation as “Delegate.” After registration, the DAO must send an email to the event organizer detailing the role of each delegation member according to the following classifications:
- Member of Parliament
- Diplomatic Corps
- Interpreter
- Media
- Security
- Staff
Queries regarding participant accreditation should be directed to accreditation.p20@cn.leg.br.
Bilateral Meetings
The 10th G20 Summit of Speakers of Parliaments (P20) will include bilateral meeting rooms available throughout the event. Reservations can be made directly via the accreditation system by anyone accredited for the P20 Summit. Each delegation may make up to two 30-minute reservations per day per room. To reserve a room for bilateral meetings, participants must log in to the accreditation system at http://g20.org/accreditation.
